Add a screenshooter functionality to provide some basic testing for applications.
The following should be done:
start an application, create a few panels and and a background
take a screenshot and do a comparison between that a previously screenshot of the same thing.

The screenshoting feat is present now in master. Anything else that comes from this should be under the CI work.
