I could run fsl image as 2nd Linux in non-root cell of jailhouse. Trying to do the same with AGL, flashing AGL in imx8mqevk in emmc (16GB) by uuu tool. Flashing completed successfully but image not booting up with emmc. Looks like mmcblk0p don't have partitionstable. I checked device tree source file but that doesn't have mmc as it was expected. Did you face such issue with AGL image or any configuration missing? Here are the bootup logs:
