Upgrade LAVA to 2020.07

We need to follow LAVA version increase.

Furthermore, using latest lava-docker will permit to use the fixed persistent_db.

AGL lab upgraded to 2020.07, but the remote_master fix was wrong. The current running image was fixed at hand.

Next deployment will fix it.

For the upgrade, AGL master and workers should use the latest lava-docker master.

The only issue could rise from a missing/wrong remote_master which should be lava.automotivelinux.org.
