migrate html5 and pipewire from meta-agl-devel to meta-agl

reasoning:

  • meta-agl-profile-graphical-html5 is intended to become the profile in meta-agl

  • meta-pipewire: this is enabled by default

Well, all files are there (also in meta-agl-bsp meanwhile). But the files named ak4613  in #24758 do actually contain rcarsound still.

Some files related to ak4613 pushed by in change #24758 have been left behind : your commit #24874 doesn't take the new files into account.
That explains why we have no sound with KF.
