Use meta-renesas from upstream github

Description

Goal: simplify the update workflow

Up to now we had to fork meta-renesas to impedance-match with AGLs needs.
Meanwhile changes merged back to meta-renesas allow us to use the upstream layer directly.

Update the recipes and manifests.

I push a fix for the sdk file name, it will also fix the link to the image file.

I guess it 's a tricky case because ulcb / ulcb+kingfisher -> is the same proc, the same mother board, ...
kingfisher is just a extension board, It seems pretty unique in the Yocto world or does someone knows a similar case?

FWIW, we don't need to wait for cogent. Remember, we have our shim layer anyway now.
