It is required to add new one owner/maintainer for apps/agl-service-cloudproxy repo:
leonid.lazarev (mail: leonid.lazarev@orioninc.com)

At the moment I am trying to push new changes for https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/c/apps/agl-service-cloudproxy/+/24483, but the push is failed due to following issue:

 ERROR: commit 934d15c: email address marat.sabitov@mera.com is not registered in your account, and you lack 'forge author' permission.

Looks like it is due to lack of permission.
