As we no longer need weston-ready and windowmanager service and library, widgets that have "urn:AGL:permission::system:run-by-default" and "urn:AGL:permission::public:display" in their config.xml need to add in their systemd unitd files, at install time, dependencies for weston@display service to be ran after the compositor is started. Given that AFM/wgt install creates dynamically unitd systemd, it should check for those attributes present and translate that to require/depends systemd verbs.
