Cannot install sdks via commandline

      The commandline tool to install sdks does not work properly.

      $ xds-cli sdks install d0e27eda

      The tool is trying to fetch from the wrong url. The SDK is located under:

      https://download.automotivelinux.org/AGL/snapshots/master/latest/qemux86-64/deploy/sdk/poky-agl-glibc-x86_64-agl-demo-platform-crosssdk-corei7-64-qemux86-64-toolchain-9.90.0+snapshot.sh

      Seems like the versions are mismatching. I am using xds-cli version 6.99.4 (1-g03e64dc)
