HTML5 launcher does not start on first boot

Description

On first boot after reflashing, HTML5 launcher fails to start with error:

Mar 31 06:01:27 h3ulcb afm-system-daemon[3218]: ERROR: can't start system unit afm-appli-webapps-html5-launcher--1.0--main@.service for uid 1001 [/usr/src/debug/af-main/master+gitAUTOINC+4f888279f1-r0/g>

Attached the journalctl output and /var/local/lib/systemd/system/afm-appli-webapps-html5-homescreen--1.0–main@.service contents.

I can no longer reproduce this issue in the Renesas H3 in today's master:

On the first boot after flashing the SD card, the HTML5 launcher is correctly shown. let me know what happens in the M3.

I am moving this issue and issue to the Application Manager, please reassign back if it is not the proper component.

Subsequent boots do not show the HTML5 UI but a black screen containing:

prompt.
