Create a repository of the POI service and API

Related to SPEC-3291 we are creating a demonstration POI service application and POI service.
Could you create a new reository to store the source files of the POI service and the POI API(binding).

Here is the information:

• Owner name(s), gerrit user ID or email address

Shoichi Hiramatsu

• Project maintainers if different from the Owner

Same as owner

•  Project name

• Short project description (1 line)

Demonstration POI service and API with binding

• Repo name (if different from the project name)
