Unable to connect to a Wifi network from Wifi Settings HTML5 app

    Description

      Currently the wifi scan button does not show networks, so when invoking scan manually via connmanctl - produces networks list.
      The wifi networks displayed are crammed into the list and overlapping each other, effectively making the networks list unreadable.

      Also it is not possible to select a network from the list to connect to.

      When connmanctl is used to connect to a network, the network is properly displayed in Connected/Paired networks tabs.
