Unable to connect to a Wifi network from Wifi Settings HTML5 app
Won't Fix
Description
Currently the wifi scan button does not show networks, so when invoking scan manually via connmanctl - produces networks list. The wifi networks displayed are crammed into the list and overlapping each other, effectively making the networks list unreadable.
Also it is not possible to select a network from the list to connect to.
When connmanctl is used to connect to a network, the network is properly displayed in Connected/Paired networks tabs.

I would like to keep Edi's issues found during test open for now. Assuming we want to showcase HTML5 apps in the green machine we need to get this functionality into the apps

Settings application is a mock, it does not provide a real implementation.
