libva-utils no longer needed in the cluster demo image

Description

libva-utils indirectly depends on mesa-gl which does not currently build for the Vayu or BBE boards with the zeus branch of Yocto Project. After discussing with I found that these utilities were only used for debugging on the minnowboard and can be safely removed.
