mediaplayer cant detect wav files

      test  method:   copy wav file in usb dongle or  /media

      I remember wav can be scanned automatically to the playlist in the previous old release.（not sure, I will check it if needed）

      Althouth we can not see wav in playlist UI,   I can play wav file using gst-launch-1.0 in command line.
