Improve salvator board feature and each recipe

Description

Main support board of R-Car is Starter Kit (aka SK, ulcb) then AGL take care of Starter kit to build, test and submit patches.

R-Car salvator-x is limitation board. It is not community board, so AGL can't support it officially. However, many configuration is same and we can unify many things.

SOC_FAMILY name is
_ulcb : only use h3ulcb and m3ulcb
_salvator-x : for salvator (H3, M3)
_ebisu : for Ebisu board
_rcar-gen3 : for all R-Car SoC

I created patch set 2 for this new config structure.

One more change, I removed below lines as Jan-Simon comment because it was already declared in poky-agl.conf.

Hi Ronan,

I agree with your idea. However, I think we need a name for r-car common config instead of making salvator-x as a child of ulcb.

agl_salvator-x.inc and agl_ulcb.inc have one line different, so I'd like to merge them and move that difference to agl_h3-salvator-x.inc and agl_m3-salvator-x.inc (there will be one duplicated line of code). If so, the diagram will become this attachment.

I'm looking for your comment.
