license review: agl-service-radio.git has multiple licenses - check required

      Asaba-san reported from scanning the AGL code for licenses:

   https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/gitweb?p=apps/agl-service-radio.git
   This package is a dual license that includes Apache-2.0 and GPL-2.0+.
   radio_output_gstreamer.c is Apache-2.0 and that includes rtl_fm.h which is GPL-2.0+.
   As you know, Apache-2.0 and GPL-2.0 are incompatible, so rtl_fm.h must be choose GPL-3.0.
   Does it fall under AGL policy?
