Add Multi-type (audio, video, image) query & event subscribtion

Description

agl-service-mediascanner only get the audio & video media types from sqlite DB and respond/notify client with one pack of media collection(audio,video).

We need image type too, and client app to be able query and subscribe/unsubscribe to specific type of media dynamically.
