Display Alexa-specific chrome when using Alexa voiceagent

Based on my understanding of the Alexa licensing, its speech chrome should be displayed when it is used (this is somewhat unclear to me wrt using the online-only engine, but it has been stated by Amazon developers wrt using the wakeword engine).  Ideally, the vshl-core <-> voiceagent API should be updated to add some form of branding provisioning, but since changing that should likely go through review by the speech EG, I propose adding logic to the homescreen application in the interim that keys off of the voiceagent name.
