Disable onboard BT by default for H3+KF

Description

The Kingfisher onboard Bluetooth is currently disabled by default when using m3ulcb with KF, but is not with h3ulcb due to an oversight with the override (_m3ulcb instead of _ulcb).  Testing indicates the onboard BT performance is still mediocre, as it seems to have poor range, so it should be disabled for h3ulcb as well to facilitate the CES 2020 demo.
