Add "Get DOA" Feature to UNICENS controller service

Description

Provide an API function to request the "Direction of Audio" (DOA) from the beam-forming Microphone. The retrieved value will be transparently the value returned by the beam-forming microphone. By now this is the recognized direction of the microphone at the moment of the request. With a firmware update this value shall be an average value of the last second.
