CAN HW loopback test needs LAVA tag

Description

The CAN test is test is capable of doing a loopback test when 2 CAN interfaces are connected in HW. The dra7-evm in BayLibre lab has this modifcation, but the board in AGL lab does not.

Use a LAVA device-tag to tag boards with this change, so the advanced tests will only be run on the modified board.

Don't use 'advanced'. Be more specific. E.g. 2CAN_HW_LOOPBACK
