create the repo in src/cynagora

Description

The component cynara will be replaced by a compatible component.

The chosen name is cynagora that recall cynara but is different.

A repo must be created to handle the sources. I propose to add it in src. But if a better place exist I'll take it.

hello , for short, the answer is no, no documentation exist on differences between cynara and cynagora.

Cynagora is a rewriting of cynara with the following changes:

  • no buckets stuff

  • text protocol (not binary)

  • C language (not C++)

  • ad-hoc database (but not the same)

  • management of expiration of rules

That last point, expiration of rules, is the key motivation of the switch to cynagora.
