Persistency should return the Key and Value while reading from Database

Description

The current persistency implementation responds with only the value when queried. Since this is async call and multiple keys can be queried at the same time, the key and value should be given as response to any persistency query done.

Backporting might require effort for anyone using persistency from Halibut in their projects to adapt to this change. I would say let us take it to II. Whats your opinion?
