Enable the reproducible build features of YP/OE

      OE has the   reproducible_build / reproducible_build_simple classes.

      These assist in creating (more) reproducible builds of the distro.

       

      It is using the SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH mechanism but there might be timestamps

      hardcoded in apps that need extra treatment.
