service.check: weston and bluetooth services are not starting

smoke-test-basic: lsusb is failing

linaro-ptest: 1 failing test (only on arm64)

It does not work on qemuarm...still investigating

I have made a patch which autostart bluetooth, and it seems to work.

I test on qemuarm and will send it.

In fact bluetooth is not started, because nothing started it. Now I need to understand why the qemu build does not have the bluetooth autostarted.

https://lf-automotivelinux.atlassian.net/browse/SPEC-2739#icft=SPEC-2739 reports the xml test-case of linaro-ptests is failing. That's probably the same as the one reported here.
