taskmanager-kill task failed

step3: click "kill" icon, but task cannot be killed

  I retested it and it worked, this issue has been solved. Thank you very much.

(the process I killed is "journalctl")

22088 is the change for Halibut, in fact.  I'll try testing again, it did work for me when I made that change.  In general terms, at this point the kill feature is somewhat problematic since it relies on a capability (killing any process) that security-wise we probably do not want bindings to have.

HH 8.0.1 this issue also exits, maybe commit 22087 and 22088 have not been mergerd into hh8.0.1

I have some other local tweaks to reduce logging verbosity from agl-service-taskmanager / taskmanager that I will open another issue for.
