Currently, graphical output management for AGL is handled through static configuration in weston.ini. This includes output enable/disable, positioning, etc.

Modern vehicles may require more complex management, e.g. dynamically enabling and disabling outputs, creating new virtual outputs for remote streaming/casting, and more.

Define and implement an AGL output-management API which allows per-product dynamic customisation of output configuration. It should be possible to reconfigure the outputs at runtime, in response to environment changes.
