pipewire playback fails on devices that do not support Signed 16-bit audio

Description

At least on the M3 board, the internal sound card only supports S24_32 audio and not S16. This seems to cause a negotiation issue internally in pipewire.

I am already working on a fix for that.

There should be an error in the journal that looks like:

Jul 03 17:00:05 m3ulcb pipewire[4239]: [E][000002594.085419][link.c:112 pw_link_update_state()] link 0xaaaaf95cfe80: update state negotiating -> error (no more input formats)
