Switch ondemandnavi build to use AGL Gerrit repository

Description

Now that a repository has been created for ondemandnavi in AGL Gerrit, it needs to be populated from the previous github location and pointed at by the recipe in meta-agl-demo.  The AGL local patches also need to be applied to the Gerrit version to clean things up.
