Modified the ticket title and description to only track HVAC. It's better to have one ticket per migrated app.

A preliminary version of html5-HVAC was shown at ALS, it's available here: https://github.com/jaragunde/agl-html5-hvac. It's missing integration with the system APIs, which is our next goal.

was created to add a repository to host this application in the AGL infra.
