Ethernet option in settings does not reconnect when disconnected

Description

The new "Ethernet" settings option in Halibut shows properly when ethernet connection is available and connected on boot, shows correct IP address and properly disconnects when tapped but does not reconnect back again when disconnected.

Reconnecting ethernet is possible via connmanctl which again properly shows again the IP address in settings.

This issue depends on resolution of .

Also on top of it, please note that the settings application doesnt process ipv6 connections, so that if reconnecting was done using an ipv6 address, the event wont be seen on settings.
