Test Process: reload a gerrit patch page,  i will get this error popup in lower-left corner.

"Plugin install error: TypeError: self.onAction is not a function"

My opinion:  Chrome debug log shows, there are two plugins here, delete-project and reviewers.

Chrome log:

gr-app.js:1457 PluginsLoaded: 1505
gr-app.js:1562 Plugin delete-project installed.
gr-app.js:1562 Plugin reviewers installed.

According to https://repo-discuss.narkive.com/8lsCAEzJ/plugin-install-error-typeerror-self-onaction-is-not-a-function,  I guess the bad plugin is delete-project.

Then what shoud I do next ? Where can I browse AGL gerrit code?
