Doc contribution link refers to outdated GitHub repo

Description
The documentation link in the Contribute page on the AGL doc site, refers to the outdated and read-only agl-docs GitHub repo. It should be updated to refer to the new repo.
I see where the link does go to an old git repo. It should go to https://github.com/automotive-grade-linux/docs-sources. I don't know how to fix this. And actually, I am not even sure of that. Could be docs-webtemplates. Someone will have to help me understand where the actual file is that affects this stuff is. I see in the "contribute" folder and the "index.md" file there lives the stuff that builds some of the contribute page.
