Test ENV: GG 7.0.2,  RPI 3B/3B+, Dragonboard 410C, Intel Up2

Test Process: Startup PHONE, click "Dialpad",  click the no(0~9, *,#). It behaves diffenent in these boards.

       RPI 3B/3B+, Dragonboard 410C:

un-clickable,   looks like a text, not a button.  only when bt connected to a smart phone, it can work.

      Intel Up2:

Normal. No need to bt connected to a smart phone.

Remark: It never appeared before.  No log in /var/log/messages.  afm-appli-phone–0.1–main@0.service is active,  and restart it make no effect.

Compare phone source between 7.0.1 and 7.0.2, and got no diff:

      phone 7.0.2 source:
