Build error on nativesdk-dbus when building agl-demo-platform-crosssdk

      When building agl-demo-platform-crosssdk for Porter or Minnowboard, the following error occurs when sstate-cache is empty:

      ERROR: QA Issue: nativesdk-dbus: Files/directories were installed but not shipped in any package:
  /etc
  /etc/systemd
  /etc/systemd/user
  /etc/systemd/user/default.target.wants
  /etc/systemd/user/default.target.wants/dbus.socket
Please set FILES such that these items are packaged. Alternatively if they are unneeded, avoid installing them or delete them within do_install.
nativesdk-dbus: 5 installed and not shipped files. [installed-vs-shipped]

      The error doesn't appear if bitbake is re-run a second time (sstate-cache effect probably)

      To reproduce without purging sstate-cache::

      # bitbake -f -c package nativesdk-dbus
...
ERROR: QA Issue: nativesdk-dbus: Files/directories were installed but not shipped in any package:
  /etc
...
