Wifi password GUI dialog broken

Description

When trying to connect to a wifi network, selecting a network does not open a password dialog, so effectively the user cannot connect to a password protected wifi network.

Using connmanctl via cli/uart to connect to a network, works properly. However when connected manually via cli while staying on the wifi settings screen and having clicked a network, the settings app crashes and cannot be reopened from home screen.

The password dialog showed up 5 minutes later after staying on the wifi settings screen and not doing anything else.

Important note is once the above patches are merged the libqtappfw recipe SRCREV will need to be updated.

This is due current the binding has to wait till the last wifi agent request times out. Looking into how to actually trigger an abort to the request with the 'Cancel' button
