ptests: add systemd test

systemd upgrade for yocto upgrade to thud has removed ptests all together, so nothing we can do for AGL. Closing.

Let's close as WON'T FIX for now.

The systemd ptest no longer supported in thud, I think we have to drop this.

There is a problem with the images of the rpi3, not a hardware problem, health checks works fine

This file resume test results,:

• the same test cases fails in different builds with different boards

• there is test cases executed only for qemux

• the same test cases skipped  in different builds with different boards
