Renesas M3 (with or without Kingfisher carrier board) : 3.5mm jack on the M3, plug closest to the 5V input plug is the audio output plug
TI DRA7xx-EVM: 3.5mm jack on baseboard labeled Line Out / P12 on silkscreen.
Any platform with USB speakers, etc : This is expected to be used by default in the system when present. Depending on build configuration additional preparation may be required.
