Add Sancloud BSP layer to AGL manifest

Description

To support Sancloud hardware we'd like to include the Sancloud BSP layer (meta-sancloud) and the Realtek WiFi layer (meta-rtlwifi) in the AGL manifest.

We will first add these layers for flounder as that has been well tested. Then we'll move forward with guppy and halibut support.

TODO in meta-sancloud for inclusion:

  • Update README.

  • Test with flounder-6.0.4.

  • Use AGL kernel includes.

  • Resolve status of agl-service-unicens.

Once the above items are completed the a change request will be submitted on gerrit for AGL-repo.

Looks good!

Please follow-up on guppy as well. Same yocto version so no big deal.

Then we need to tackle master which is being uprev'd to YP 'thud' right now.
