unicens binding needs refresh of documentation

Hi !

(note: I looked at flounder, but apply likewise to master)

A few things:

  • README.md : still references github

  • README.md : has no abstract/description of the service

  • README.md : has no documentation of the API/verbse

  • README.md : should user '#' or '##' or '###' for headings (not -------------------)

Good examples for the API docs are e.g.: agl-service-geofence , agl-service-geoclue, agl-service-mediascanner, agl-service-iiodevices
