Adapt layout around comment of ${HOME}/my-workspace

It can be misinterpreted as actual setup command. Make it visual clearer this is a note.

No, I don't see any consequence of adding a new shared folder.
The only point I see is that the rest of documentation refers to $HOME/xds-workspace (that is shared by default) and if user chooses to add its own shared folder and clone examples in this new shared folder, it's up to him adapt examples that are based on  $HOME/xds-workspace.

Is there any consequence of changing the folder in other areas/tools that need to be adapted as well then ? If so we should note it as well. Thank you!

The layout seems good to me.
What about adding a sub-chapter name "Options settings" ?
