Remove agl-service-nfc dependencies on libnfc

Description

Following integration of Linux NFC stack for AGL NFC service (), libnfc does not provide any added value (since tag emulation is not a requirement).

This task covers the work to remove agl-service-nfc dependencies on libnfc and thus simplify the code.
