When building Flounder for M3, the configuration for the GPS device (/dev/ttySC2) is not included in the /etc/default/gpsd configuration file.  

This looks like a change for this was done in June (see below), but it created a new machine type for "kingfisher", and this machine cannot be selected when configuring a build.  This configuration is not included when the machine is m3ulcb.
