afm-user-session on file system has no read rights

# ls -l afm-user-session
---x--x--x ... afm-user-session

instead of this it should have normal 0755 rights.

@Vasyl Vavrychuk mostly done. Will be integrated when https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/#/c/17511/ has been merged and automatically in next flounder version 6.0.2

@jose bollo I forgot to mention that staprun has permissions issue on EEL. I can not check it on 6.0.0 because it does not exist there by default.

Anyway since staprun is from poky it seems not a AGL issue. Sorry for a noise then.
