Switch from git submodule app-templates to cmake module

Description

To allow coverage testing of all Konsulko owned/developed bindings they need to be using the CMake app-templates modules versus the deprecated git module.

But till it is merged into the SDK just update the respective conf.d/app-templates to the latest version
