Is that related to meta-security not enabling it in its fragments or related to the meta-appfw ?

Either we end-up in:

meta-agl/meta-app-framework/recipes-kernel/linux  with a fragment or in

meta-agl/meta-agl-bsp/recipes-kernel/linux/ 

as it is true for all boards.
