yocto-ptest-wrapper should not have failed results unless there are failues

I have a modified qa-testdefintions repo that I'm testing, where I've fixed a couple things, and made it log to a file (and stdout) so we can better see what's going on. Here's a working job on dra7: http://lava.baylibre.com:10080/scheduler/job/27930

Also, current timeout in releng-scripts is set to 10 min for ptests.  This needs to be increased: https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/#/c/16975/
