      Hi,

      I am working on the integration of RVI SOTA client into AGL. SOTA client is written in the Rust programming language and it depends on rustc and cargo therefore meta-rust should be used. I will create a patch for new Yocto/OE recipe in meta-agl and another patch that add meta-rust to the AGL repo.
