Use-case: A remote lab should just need the minimal set of data in its boards.yaml to connect to the master (aka it should not need to build the master portion). Just the public master key and url/encryption flag.

I need some 'exactsteps' / documentation how we can use this in AGL. For now a writeup in markdown should be enough:
Title: Setup a worker node using lava-docker for AGL
Step 1 ... get lava-docker
Step 2 ... get these values from the AGL admin, exchange what, enter where
Step 3 ... create the boards.yaml with above ....
The changes was merged upstream
this one is now fixed in lava-docker upstream, right?
