Services/bindings need to able to render surfaces/layers for the requesting application. Ideally the binding and requesting application could render surface to the same respective layer.

A current use is the agl-service-mediaplayer is requested by Mediaplayer application to play a video it needs to bind the gstreamer video to a surface on the application's respective layer.
