releases missing initramfs images

Description

initramfs images are missing for some release images.

m3ulcb initramfs is present for 5.99.1, but missing for 5.99.2
and for rpi3, initrams is missing for 5.99.1, but present for 5.99.2

e.g. this link gives a 404

https://download.automotivelinux.org/AGL/upload/ci/flounder/5.99.3/ has all the initrd's as far as I can see. Hmm.
